After the accident
Collision Repair
Complete accident repair for cars, trucks, SUVs and work vehicles, planned as one job rather than a list of parts.
Chapter 01
What a repair plan actually covers
A collision estimate is not a parts list. Before anything is ordered we plan the repair across panels, structure, lights, trim, glass, refinish and safety systems together, because on a modern vehicle those things are not separable. A bumper that looks like a bumper carries sensors. A quarter panel is tied to structure behind it. Refinish depends on what the panel underneath is made of.
Planning them as one job is the difference between a car that looks repaired and a car that is repaired. It is also the reason we can tell you early what the likely path is, rather than discovering it halfway through and calling you with a surprise.

The damage you cannot see from the driveway
Most collision damage is worse than it looks from outside. Until a vehicle is opened up, some of it is genuinely not visible, and that is normal rather than a sign anyone missed something.
When hidden damage turns up after teardown, we document it and take it back to your insurance carrier as a supplement. We would rather do that in writing, with photographs, than quietly work around a problem so the original number holds. A repair that matches the estimate but not the vehicle is not a saving.
Chapter 03
What gets checked before you get the keys
Every vehicle gets quality checks for fit, finish, alignment and the road-ready details before delivery. Fit means the gaps are even and parallel where two panels meet. Finish means the paint holds a clean reflection instead of rippling. Alignment means the structural work measured back to where it should be.
Those checks are the last thing that happens here and the first thing you will notice, which is why they are not the place to save time.
Repairs are backed by the shop for as long as you own the vehicle, and we work with major insurance carriers to keep the claim moving.
