Your right to choose the shop
Texas drivers can choose the repair facility they trust, even when an insurer suggests another option. That is worth stating plainly, because the suggestion often arrives sounding like an instruction.
If you want the work done here, you can say so. We will handle the estimate and repair documentation from our side, and a local repair team explaining that choice is part of what we think this service is.

Documentation is the job
Most of what claim assistance actually consists of is estimate and repair documentation for accident-related auto body damage: recording what is damaged, what it will take, and why, in the form a carrier can act on.
Done well, that is what keeps a claim moving. Done poorly, it is what leaves a vehicle sitting while two parties disagree about a line item.
Chapter 03
Supplements, in plain language
A supplement is what happens when hidden collision damage is found after teardown. It is not a sign that something went wrong, and it is not an upsell. It is the mechanism for a repair estimate to catch up with what the vehicle turned out to need.
We document the additional damage and take it back to your carrier, rather than working around it to protect the original figure.
What we explain before work starts
Before the repair begins we walk through what is needed across parts, refinish work, glass, structure and the quality checks at the end, so the plan is understood rather than just approved.
You should not need to learn adjuster shorthand to follow what is happening to your own vehicle. If something in the estimate is unclear, ask, and we will go through it.
We work with major insurance carriers and help keep the claim moving, and the repair itself is backed for as long as you own the vehicle.
